Note:

Class of 8, Kangeiko-Day 1, Shihonage...I hit my head again...with Sensei's Shihonage.
This became one of the traditions (which I want to stop...). Overall, I 'm not sure if I'm just not good taking uke on Shihonage, or I'm doing something not right... its not exactly fun to find out the same problem I have on the first day of Kan/Sho chugeiko...yet it continues until I get over it.

Although, I was able to spare a micro second to loose the tention from my shoulder before sensei's throw came in. I so hoped..this time something was different, yet I hit my head (quite hard) after all...so I guess it wasnt really changed much.

I learn from Senseis who are a lot taller than me. When their throws come strong, I easily lose my control and smash my body onto the mat. "Most" of the cases...I can stay in my Ukemi shape and dont get injured, but for certain techniques, I still can not shake the fear of falling/hitting the wrong place etc...off ...it blocks my moves from doing it any better. Shihonage is one, Ushironage is one...and for left side I have less control, those thougths unclears my mind and I end up doing something I should do...such as landing on my hand (which hurts!) from flipping was one I did today besides hitting my head.
